Initial Service Consultation 

After requesting a consultation one of our event planners will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a FREE consultation via video or phone to discuss desires and budget for the upcoming event. 

Price Quotes/Estimates

All quotes will expire within 7 days. Imagine That! Treats and Tables have the right to adjust prices once the original quote has expired after 7 days. A price quote does not “secure" your booking date. Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the price quote/estimate to secure your requested booking date. 


Conditions of Hire for Dessert Catering / Luxe Tablescapes Setups

Your booking will be considered secure after the required deposit has been received and the contract has been signed. Until the booking has been secured Imagine that! Sweet Treats and Tables reserves the right to connect with other clients for the same event date. If you were given a quote please call to check before making a payment to ensure the desired event date is still available. Paying your deposit and signing the contract, serves as an acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms & Conditions of hire.


Acceptable Payment Methods

Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables will send an invoice for all transactions. All invoices can be paid using a debit or credit card only. We are not accepting payments sent directly to Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or any other electronic payment for efficient business practices.


Booking, Deposits, & Payments for Sweet Treat Orders  and Dessert Catering

After confirming availability and providing a quote, we will send an invoice and contract via email and text. Payment is required within 48 hours to secure your booking. All orders above $300.00 require a 50% deposit. All orders under $300.00 require full payment. Sales are final on all products and goods from Imagine That Sweet Treats and Tables. Your order is a priority to us! Once your deposit is processed, our team starts working to bring your vision to life! 


Placing Orders for Consumable Goods 

We need a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for custom orders. Give us 24-72 business hours to respond to you. All large event orders require notification 30 days or more in advance if possible. There is no limit on how far in advance you can place an order or ask questions about an upcoming event. You may send us a picture for inspiration, but we DO NOT replicate pictures, we take pride in our presentation ownership. All late orders booked the same week of an order date/event must be paid in full the same day you order and may require a $25-$50 rush fee.

Promotional Sales

All Sales are final. All collected payments on any promotional service and/or goods are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable after order placement. Each promotional sale contains specific rules, terms, and conditions.


Delivery of Consumable Goods 

Unpaid orders will not be delivered. All required payments on orders must be satisfied before delivery. All orders are subject to delivery fees. We do not provide delivery services over thirty miles. If there is a time/date change, venue change, or address change the client is responsible for sending a notification to Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables with details promptly. Failure to communicate the change(s) will result in delayed deliveries. Each order is subject to a $20.00 change service fee and additional mileage for delivery. The client or elected representative can choose to pick up orders at the preferred location of Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables. All orders are required to be picked up as scheduled due to other pre-scheduled deliveries. Failure to pick up orders promptly will result in delayed deliveries and additional travel fees. We will not be responsible for any damages to the products/goods after delivery or pick-up is completed. If the client or elected representative desires to pick up an order, the client or elected representative assumes all responsibility. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for products/goods. All products/goods can be fragile and require a sturdy foundation and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. If an unavoidable situation occurs there may be a delivery delay. An unavoidable situation is described such as Acts of God, Natural Disasters, an Act of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables, i.e., accident, death in the family, illness, or sudden tragic circumstance. In the event, that an unavoidable situation occurs Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables will not refund any payments including deposits and delivery fees due to such delays and cannot be responsible for more than the actual paid amount for destroyed products/ goods. 


Consumable Product and Service Rescheduling / Cancellation 

Clients are required to complete the Event Rescheduling Request Form located on our website under the Form Request Tab within 30 days of the original pending event date. Failure to submit the Event Rescheduling Request Form promptly will result in contract cancellation. For best business practices of time management and proper communication, unacceptable forms of communication include texts/social media messaging. Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables will send a confirmation of receipt via email notification to the email address on file. Confirmation receipt does not confirm or approve requested dates. Rescheduled events require a contract amendment and are subject to the non-refundable, non-negotiable, non-transferable $25.00 administrative fee.

All Clients will the option to reschedule the event 90 days (3 months) from the original event date. If a requested rescheduled date is unavailable, The Client may pick a different available date not to exceed 90 days (3 months) from the original contracted service date. Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables require a non-refundable, non-negotiable, non-transferable $150.00 rescheduling fee upon rescheduling. Service will resume after the $150.00 non-refundable, non-negotiable, non-transferable rescheduling fee is collected and a new date is determined. The rescheduling fee will be required to compensate for the loss of hours and services already rendered. The rescheduling fee does not apply to the future event date. The client will be responsible for all incurred costs of additional supplies for the reproduction of goods and change(s) for rescheduling services. Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables will issue an amended Payment Agreement to reflect alignment with the rescheduled event date.

All services will cease at the time of notification of postponement. Service will resume once a new date is determined. Due to the shelf life of all consumable goods, we cannot store perishable purchased items. The client will have the option to pick up all completed perishable items or have the perishable items delivered (delivery fees will apply). If the client does not provide handling instructions for the completed perishable goods within 24 hours of rescheduling, the perishable goods will be discarded appropriately.

The Client will forfeit all prior collected fees if a complete cancellation of services is requested and executed. All incurred costs and remaining balances for rental items/equipment and delivery services will be billed directly to The Client immediately due in full chargeable to the card on file. Photography | Videography

On occasion, we will photograph our products and events for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to use any photographs for display/promotion without permission or compensation to the client or the client’s guests. The client cannot promote any copyright work ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, exclusive property of Imagine That, or other information (collectively the Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables without permission. All documentation and content created and provided to the client is owned and copywritten by Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables and cannot be used or given to any other third party. 


Confidentiality 

Imagine That! Sweet Treats and Tables will protect information such as payment and contact information. All personal information will be handled strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of the contract.
